Terms of Service

Last updated: August 17, 2026

By using Memecut (“the Service”), you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, don't use it.

What this is

The Service turns a script into a short vertical video: a voice reads it, and a meme is matched to each line and inserted automatically. Free renders carry a watermark and a daily limit; paying removes both for 30 days.

Payment

Payment is accepted in USDT (TRC-20) only, to the address shown at checkout, for the exact amount shown — that exact amount is how a payment gets matched to your account. Sending the wrong amount, sending a different token, or sending to the wrong address means the payment won't be detected or credited. Crypto payments are final: there are no chargebacks, and no refunds for a payment misdirected by the sender. No fiat, no cards.

Your content

You're responsible for the scripts you submit and for how you use the resulting video. The Service draws meme images from an existing library; some of those images carry copyright or trademarks belonging to their original creators, independent of the Service. The Service doesn't claim ownership over the memes it uses, and it's on you to decide how you use the generated output.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is,” with no guarantee of uptime, meme-matching accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Rendering can fail, be delayed, or be rate-limited without notice.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to generate illegal or harassing content, or to attempt to bypass render limits, payment matching, or other abuse safeguards. Accounts doing any of that may be suspended or terminated without notice or refund.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service and whoever operates it aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from its use — including lost content, a payment sent incorrectly, or losses from relying on generated video.

Changes

These terms can change at any time. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new version.
