Memecut collects the minimum needed to run the Service, and nothing else.
No name, no physical address, no phone number, no identity verification, no payment card data — there's no card processor anywhere in this system. No ad trackers, no ad network, no ad personalization. Google Analytics (below) is the one third-party exception, used for traffic and search visibility only.
Two cookies, both first-party and both read only by Memecut's own server: a signed session token that keeps you logged in, and an anonymous id used for the product-usage events above. No advertising cookies. Google Analytics (below) sets its own separate cookies once you accept it.
This site also runs Google Analytics (GA4), a third-party service, to see which channels and search queries bring visitors — something Memecut's own first-party tracking above doesn't show. It only loads after you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit; declining keeps you on Memecut's own first-party tracking only.
Google Analytics sets its own cookies and can see the pages you visit and, where available, the referring site or search query. It doesn't get access to your email, scripts, or anything else described above — Memecut's own tracking and Google Analytics run separately.
Payments are confirmed by a background process with no browser involved. A completed payment is still recorded to Google Analytics as a conversion event, but without any personal data attached beyond the fact that a subscription was purchased.
Projects and account data are kept until you ask for them to be deleted. Email support@memecut.fun to delete your account and everything tied to it.
Data isn't sold. It's shared only with the infrastructure needed to run the Service (hosting, a transactional email provider for login codes) and, for the traffic data described above, Google Analytics.
